This is the modality is the type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. It’s beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy:

Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing discomfort to themselves or the client.

Hot Stone Therapy:

Hot stones integrated into Swedish massage followed by Deep Tissue for troubled areas. Integrating the Hot Stones into the massage begins to bring blood flow quicker to the muscles, making it more pliable to massage the areas as well as put the client in a state of soothing tranquility.

Pregnancy Massage:

Recommended for second and third trimesters.
Focusing on relieving tension, reducing the stress and relaxing Mom’s changing body.

Medical Massage:

Medical Massage is result oriented and the treatment is specifically directed to resolve conditions that have been diagnosed and prescribed by a Physician. The therapist may use a variety of modalities or procedures during the treatment, but will focus the Medical Massage treatment only on the areas of the body related to the diagnosis and prescription.
